The connection between PDAs is essential. Grants must ensure improved connectivity.

In today’s limited affordable housing climate due to the Palmer court decision, it’s even more important for MTC to recognize that cities are the origins of affordable housing and need to be aided directly or counties be required to reward cities that have a good track record of creating affordable housing.

Conservation grants should be used for true land acquisition of land and easements.

I loved reading about community garden you have started in Gilroy…this is not only healthy for everyone that participates, but is beautiful to look at as well……..
